Zum Stichwort Mobilität sind gerade zwei Culture Moves Europe Calls offen: Die (1) Ausschreibung für Residenzhäuser läuft von 15. Dezember bis 16. März 2026. Am 9. Jänner findet eine Question Time für Residency Hosts statt, zur Anmeldung. Im Rahmen des Mobilitätsprogramms Culture Moves Europe können Künstler:innen und Kulturakteure bis 30. April 2026 monatlich einen Zuschuss für ihr (2) individuelles Mobilitätsprojekt beantragen.

1) Call for residency hosts 2025-2026

The call for residency hosts provides financial support to legal entities wishing to host artists and cultural professionals for a residency project. The residency grant offers financial support to the host and each resident.

What is required to apply?

• A concept for a residency project to host between 1 and 5 residents. It should follow 2 of these objectives: to learn, to create, to explore, to connect, or to transform.
• The capacity to implement the residency project and provide adequate accommodation and workspaces.
• At least one mentor to provide artistic guidance to the residents

Supporting documents

• Proof of the legal Entity
• Legal entity’s artistic portfolio or promotional Report
• Mentors’ short Curriculum Vitae (CV)

If the application is selected and passes to Phase 2, applicants must submit a residency info card with information about each chosen resident. This includes their official national identification, short Curriculum Vitae (CV), artistic and creative portfolio, and proof of legal residence.

This call is open from 15 December 2025 to 16 March 2026. All applications will be reviewed after the deadline.

2) Call for individual mobility 2025-2026

Artists and cultural professionals, who are:

• legally residing in one of the Creative Europe countries, including the overseas countries and territories and outermost regions
• 18 years of age or older
• active in one of the following sectors: architecture, cultural heritage, design and fashion design, literature, music, performing arts, and visual arts; no specific level of experience is required

can apply.

The call for individual mobility allows applications from individuals and groups of up to 5 people.

After each monthly deadline, applications are checked for eligibility.
